Nepal's regular workweek and work hours align with those of the United States, but there is a 10–12-hour (depending on the US time zone and daylight savings) time difference, with Nepal ahead. Consequently, when the US team commences their workday, the Nepal team has already concluded theirs, leading to a productivity boost.
The US team member overseeing the role can schedule virtual calls for training and collaboration anytime from 6AM to 8:30AM local US time to connect with their Nepal hire towards the end of their working day. These meetings are frequent for the first few weeks, gradually reducing to either once or twice a week once onboarding/training is complete.
