What does the replacement process look like?



In the event a replacement is needed, we have a pool of qualified professionals ready to step in at no additional cost to you. The transition will be seamless, as the training process is streamlined using detailed documentation created by your previous Nepal-based team members.

Will our remote team members speak English?



Yes, English is widely spoken among professionals in Nepal, and we only hire fluent employees to ensure effective communication.

How do we manage the time difference?



Nepal’s regular workweek and hours are aligned with those of the United States, but with a 10–12 hour time difference (depending on the US time zone and daylight savings), with Nepal being ahead. This means that when the US team starts their workday, the Nepal team has already completed theirs, allowing for increased productivity. The US-based team member overseeing the role can schedule virtual calls for training and collaboration between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM US local time to connect with their Nepal counterpart. These meetings are frequent during the first few weeks of onboarding and training but taper down to once or twice a week as the process is completed.

Do we get to check a candidate's qualifications, competency, and experience before we commit?



Yes, we provide clients with resumes of candidates matching specified criteria. Importantly, you can terminate the relationship with your assigned Nepal-based talent with a 30-day notice.

How do you identify a candidate and check their competency?



Our rigorous HR and hiring process scouts talent from top universities, meticulously screens resumes, conducts background/reference checks and administers aptitude tests. This results in a carefully curated candidate pool before sharing resumes with you.

We have never worked with a remote global talent. Can we do it?



We provide comprehensive onboarding training, sharing best practices and onboarding checklist. Adapting to this arrangement is similar to working with a remote team during regular work hours, with the only difference being the time zone, making it advantageous.

Our remote team is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The first six months are strictly no work-from-home. After that, we may provide a work desk twice weekly for 3-4 hours with a US time zone overlap, if needed.
